Insane find. Ramen was hand made, springy and chewy. Soup stock was mackerel based, and an umami rich bomb in your mouth. One of our best meals in Osaka for sure!

A ramen shop in Nakazakicho! I had the Ajitama Gyokai Mazesoba and Char Siu Rice Bowl! Taran Ramen for seafood lovers! The noodles are unique, and the soup is often entwined with them. . A lot of char siu is included, and I am very satisfied. The yuzu pepper in the char siu rice bowl is also the strongest. Cospa strongest! Winning.
