Loved this chicken ramen!

Excellent as a finishing touch for ramen after a party. I went to the famous store Meimon Yangtze. The soup is light, clear, and very delicious! This might be the number one ramen shop in existence in my opinion. I was eating lots of shrimp tempura ramen from a Chinese restaurant near my parents' house that no longer exists, and I had flashbacks to the soup that tasted almost the same. I wonder if you could make a menu that includes shrimp tempura.
