The difference in taste and ratings was so huge that I couldn't help but write a review that I don't usually do. The company has conquered all products nearby. I'm from Kanagawa, so I like light ramen with a Jiro-style, family-style, and Tokyo-style soup stock flavor. Personally, I recommend the soy sauce ramen with the flavor of the soup stock. The homemade noodles were chewy and smooth, with a deep flavor that went well with the soup stock and was delicious to the very end. I always want to come back. However, the opinions of the people at my workplace who are from the Kansai region were a little biased, so I wonder if it's because of regional characteristics or differences in daily eating habits. I often see the store staff working hard, so I would like to continue supporting them in the future. Thank you for the meal.
