Osaka, Japan｜Chiran Kyobashi

This was one of the best chicken bone booth I had ever had in this Osaka trip. The duck breast was very juicy. The salt level of the booth was just perfect so that I could empty the whole bowl including booth. It is a perfect end of a day, it open till 6am so you always can get full before go back to the hotel.

Update: still the best I've ever had in Japan. The broth is thick full of deep umami flavour. The noodles are the perfect consistency and are very delicious. The toppings is smoked duck which is rich and too die for. Don't listen to other reviews try the place out as it is the best I've had in Japan and I've tried ramen all over this country as this is my third visit to the country. Nothing had come close to the amazing flavours. This place had the most amazing and unique broth. It was almost like a stew. Had nice thick noodles! Very tasty! The best ramen for me to date in Japan.

The staff are ALL female, which is a rarity in a Japanese ramen shop. And the ramen is PERFECT everytime.
