Very stylish atmosphere. Basically, there are two choices: chicken paitan or tandan noodles. This time I chose chicken hot water. The rich soup is delicious. Next time I want to try tandan noodles. I was also interested in the matcha ramen on the sign outside.

I ordered plain hot water dandan noodles! Choose your favorite combination of hot water and dandan noodles. It was spicy yet creamy and very delicious! I had read that it could be made into risotto, so I wanted to try it, but I was too full. Let's eat, next is risotto I want to go again because I really want to eat it!

I had chicken paitan noodles with boiled egg topping. The first bite of the soup was shockingly delicious! The chicken chashu is also moist and tender. The boiled egg is also seasoned just right. The chopped onions are also a great accent. Best of all, the soup is delicious! Even though it was whipped in a blender until creamy, it was piping hot until the last bite. I drank it for the first time in my life. I'll come back later! Next time I would like to try the Dandan noodles. Thank you for the meal.
