The food is delicious, and intense in a polarizing way. The top dish of the selection seems the most polarizing. My friend was able to finish most of it, but I was not interested after trying it out. The flavor was just too intense for me. I had the second dish from the top of the outdoor ticket machine. It seems that the left side adds meat sushi (lightly toasted beef brisket) in addition to the ramen. This is definitely worth it, as it is delicious and easy to eat. As for this second dish from the top, it was an intense experience. My first sip of the broth made me feel as if I had been transported through space and time to an ancient small fishing village by the coast, where I'd spent decades becoming the esteemed chef of the town who had learned all of the secrets of the ocean to put them into a ramen dish. I was able to finish the entire meal, but I found the enjoyment of the flavor decreasing as I continued. The first impression is definitely enough to make me remember this place. The atmosphere and service are excellent. The waitresses were attentive, even coming outside to help assist with the ticket choice machine. Thank you for being a memorably delicious part of my first Japan experience.

An hidden gem in Osaka. The menu is very unique in terms of flavour but go into it with an open mind and you will be more than pleasantly surprised. Ordering is all in Japanese so make sure to have google translate handy. Also cash only. The beef sushi was a real stand out definitely recommended. Only possible downside is there is a wait here usually and it isn't particularly close to the city centre. About 10 minutes walk from shin Osaka station. If you are staying in the area this is an absolute must!

Great soup, worth the queue to eat. The staff are polite. You can see the whole cooking procedure when you have the meal. I have a suggestion that is the staff can draft a English note and stick it near the manual. Because most of the new customer will not know they need to choose and buy their meal before queue.
