This ramen originated in Niigata and seems to use persimmon tangy noodles. I had the pork bone soy sauce. The store staff's response was not good.

No complaints, it was really delicious 👍 Also, I was surprised at how beautiful the char siu was 😏 I have decided to stop by when I come to Osaka again 😏
