I ordered the salt ramen half fried rice set. The salt ramen is so light that no matter how hungry you are or how full you are, the fried rice is so delicious that you should definitely order a whole... or a large serving! ! ! ! ! lol

I came to Ganchan around 11:30pm and had some natural salt ramen. The soup is very light, the soup is firm and thin (?), and the toppings are chashu pork, wakame seaweed, thin bean sprouts, bonito flakes, and green onions. The soup and bonito flakes have a good balance, and the light taste is followed by the faint aroma of bonito flakes. The light oily part of the char siu is a nice accent to the lightness of the whole dish. Even after eating, my mouth felt refreshed without any sticky or oily residue. This natural salt ramen might not be enough for you if you want to eat a lot of ramen, but it's great as a side dish. It was a nice cup to warm up your body in this chilly season.
