More Comments at Google MapYes, it's time for ramen. 《Ramen Ikedaya Suita store》 "Curry (limited to 10 meals) 1,200 yen" Hello everyone, I'm Daichi from ramentimes who recently announced his graduation from the Jiro lineage (lol) On this day, I went to Suita for business. As I was about to finish my lunch with convenience store food, I happened to pass by Ramen Ikedaya Suita branch...Oh! No line up! Hey, hey, is this a bad thing? ? So I unexpectedly entered the store. . Where did the words about Jiro-kei graduation go? (lol) I entered the store without doing any research, and when I stood in front of the ticket machine, what caught my eye was the words ``Curry Limited 10 Meals 1,200 Yen''! And it even has a lamp! I couldn't help but click on it. Grab your meal ticket and sit at your designated counter seat. After a while, the caller asked, "Would you like to add garlic?" As expected, I was at work and before a business meeting. I cried and cried, ``Without it.'' I also told them to add more vegetables, but they said they couldn't add more vegetables because the curry uses green onions instead of bean sprouts. I was told that they could serve it with bean sprouts, but I was told that it would be too watery, so I decided to have it as is. And then the rice bowl~ It also came with raw eggs and Fukujinzuke! ! 【visual】 Unlike usual, there aren't any extra vegetables, so it doesn't have the usual Jiro-style impact, but the visuals, including the crumbly pork, are quite intriguing! 【soup】 First, the soup... Hmmm! The flavor of the curry mixes with the pork flavor of the base...oh no...this is dangerous! ! It's so delicious! ! ! 【noodles】 The noodles are flat noodles that are chewy and easy to eat, neither dero noodles nor washiwashi noodles. Moreover, since there are no vegetables, you can really enjoy the deliciousness of the noodles! 【topping】 The crumbly broken pork is soft and the seasoning is so delicious that it's crazy! If you add Fukujinzuke midway through and use the raw eggs like tsukemen, you'll get a mellow taste! I forgot that I was going to have a business meeting and started eating Jiro-style foods during the day to get my belly full! Oh my, it was delicious! It was a feast. Along the way, I learned that the soup-less version can only be refrigerated at this time of year. . As someone who likes Hiyashi no Jiro, I have to come again! But will it disappear? I'm really curious!
I went on a weekday night. First, buy a meal ticket. Since the toppings are placed on the counter when you sit down with cash, I bought a 200g serving of noodles. Then connect to the outside column. On this day, there were 4 people in line outside. I was guided into the store relatively quickly. I prepared my own water, sat down, and put down my meal ticket and 50 yen. I was asked for toppings, so I ordered egg. Do you want to add garlic after a while? I asked, so I asked for garlic, vegetable, aburashi, and Karame. And the long-awaited bowl of rice. The pork was crumbly and had a lot of fat, so I thought I wouldn't add more oil next time, but it was delicious. The soup has a sharp taste, a strong soy sauce, and a slight sweetness in the depth. Ikedaya's soup doesn't make you slur until you finish eating, so you can fully enjoy it. It goes well with noodles, and I think the strong flavor goes well with sukiyaki-style eating mixed with eggs. It was so delicious, and even though I was full, it was so addictive that I found myself wanting to eat it again after a while after leaving the restaurant. Next time I would like to try it without soup.
Regular roasted pork topping 1100 yen 😋 A store run by Mr. M, who I know. To be honest, I wasn't good at Jiro, but the soup was milder than I expected and the char siu was outstanding! ️
