More Comments at Google MapYes, it's time for ramen. 《Ramen Saitetsu》 "Meat soy sauce 1,250 yen" "Soft-boiled egg 100 yen" On this day, I went to Sai Tetsu in Suita. As you can tell from the shop name Tetsu, the shop owner, who used to be part of the Mentetsu group, opened his own shop. The last time I came was in the summer of 2020, so it was actually my first visit in three years. When we arrived, there was only one seat available in the back and we entered immediately. I was wondering what to eat, but since it had been a while since I had eaten, I ordered the standard ``meat soy sauce'' with a ``soft-boiled egg'' topping. After that, when I looked around the store, I noticed a limited edition notice on the right side of the store, which I hadn't noticed when I entered the store! I'll have to remember to check it out next time I come (lol) While I was admiring the owner preparing the noodles in a flat sieve, I finished the rice bowl. 【visual】 The char siu that covers the big bowl is amazing! 【soup】 First, the soup... Hmmm! You can't help but smile at the soup, which has a gentle soup stock and is full of flavor! 【noodles】 The noodles are flat noodles that are smooth and go down well, and they have a great flavor and are my favorite type! 【topping】 There are two types of chashu; the thinly sliced one is easier to eat, and the large loin is fragrant and meaty, and both are delicious! Oh my, it was delicious! It was a feast. The day I happened to visit on November 16th was actually the 4th anniversary of the store's opening! congratulations When I heard customers saying "Congratulations" one after another, I realized that this is a shop that is loved! Now that it's close to my workplace, I'll be going again! ※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※ <Store data> [Store name] Ramen Saitetsu [Address] 5-24 Asahicho, Suita City, Osaka Prefecture [Business hours] 11:30-14:3018:00-21:00 (Open from 11:30-21:00 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) [Closed] Tuesdays, Wednesdays [Access] Approximately 2 minutes walk from JR "Suita" station *Business days, business hours, business format, etc. may change. ※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※※
I arrived at the store just after 11:30 on Sunday and there were about 3 customers in front of me, but I was able to sit down without waiting! It took a while for the ramen to come out because I was cooking by myself. It's a small shop with about 7 seats at the counter, but the inside was clean. For the ramen, I had Iberian pork green onion soba topped with a soft-boiled egg! ! The soup looks like it has a strong salty taste due to the dark color of the soy sauce. I was worried, but when I ate it, that was not the case at all, and I was overcome by the sweetness of the soy sauce, the flavor of the pork, and the flavor of the green onions and garlic ♡ The noodles are thick and flat and delicious, and the soft-boiled eggs are also very delicious ♡ However, it does contain a lot of green onions, so if you don't like green onions, I think it's best to avoid it. I love green onions so it was totally okay ♡ Next time, I might want to try soy sauce ramen and enjoy the chashu, boiled eggs, and grilled rice cakes♡ I'm excited to think about it! ! Thank you for the meal ☺︎
Popular ramen restaurant in Suita The limited menu is “Yellow radish salt” and you can’t believe your eyes. I visited because it was a combination with ramen. Before that, there were a few limited menus that caught my attention. My schedule didn't quite match up, so this is my first time in quite a while. If you go during the day, there may be quite a line. Image that it is easier to enter smoothly if you go at night Limited menu items remained even at night. The regular menu also features unusual salt-grilled mackerel and grilled rice cakes. There are dried mackerel salt with toppings, etc. Yellowtail daikon radish served on top of salt ramen with large char siu A bowl filled with giant yellowtail, radish, Chinese cabbage, and green onions. At first glance, it looks like oden... A refreshing salty soup with a hint of sweetness Unique flat noodles similar to fettuccine This is enough delicious salt ramen on its own. This alone is a little less impressive If you eat a large yellowtail here, it will not interfere with the soup. The exquisite seasoning adds just the right amount of impact. Indescribably delicious Eating a radish soaked in a large amount of soup I feel like I'm eating oden Ordinary people would never want to coexist. The yellowtail radish and salt ramen made for a wonderful bowl... The dry mackerel salt on the regular menu has the scent of seaweed. Wonderful refreshing salt soup with mackerel meat The salty accent and the grilled rice cake soaking up the soup are amazing. Other Iberico pork chashu and plenty of green onions I also recommend the Iberian pork green onion soba with dark soy sauce. Every time I come up with an out-of-the-box idea, I come up with it. The owner's talent is amazing. What kind of limited menu will be available in the future? This is a very exciting store.
