Osaka, Japan｜Hakata Tonkotsu Tenjinki

Good food but kinda salty for me, personal preference.

Wonderfully thick noodles with the tsukemen. It’s a great thick broth, a fantastic, hearty meal. Excellent value.

I went there for the first time. sip the soup. “Is this Hakata?” Like a time slip? I was wrapped in a feeling as if I had warped. Hakata also existed in Osaka. It seems to be close to reckless, but it is also different. It's different from tonkotsu ramen like Ichiran, and it's different from Yokohama Iekei. Taste authentic. Delicious, one more.
