I ordered miso tonkotsu and my wife ordered soy sauce tonkotsu. Both soups are strongly seasoned, so you can enjoy both miso and soy sauce. This time I ordered the Hanchan set, but the soup has a strong taste, so I think I'll try the white rice next time. Is soy sauce tonkotsu better with noodles? The miso tonkotsu soup and noodles seemed to separate in my mouth. Some people may like the way it sounds.
