More Comments at Google MapOrthodox salt ramen with a gentle taste! Ordered salt ramen + charcoal topping. The thin, amber colored soup that is typical of shio ramen is made with chicken bones as the main ingredient. Salt ramen is a difficult genre that can't be cheated, so you can see the careful work in how to take the dashi. I think that the noodles are thin noodles with medium water content that do not have any particular characteristics, but the slightly soft boiled noodles gently go into the soup together with the soup. It's a great taste that prioritizes. There are two types of char siu: rose and peach. I increased it with toppings, but it looks lively, the taste is solid, and the fat melts into the soup. Overall very satisfied! Since it was just after opening on a weekday evening, there were no customers, but the number of people gradually increased and it seems that it is popular. Others ordered additional rice for ramen, and one ball of noodles may not be enough for men. There are kaedama, but I was worried that the broth of the noodles would dilute the delicate soup, so I didn't do it. It was run by the owner who seems to like cats, so if it's crowded, the waiting time may be long.
I've been wondering about it for a long time, so I went. I ordered the sudachi ramen, which is only available in summer. It was summer, so it was cold, but I chose the warm one. The sudachi worked well, and both the noodles and the soup were delicious★I also ordered fried rice, and it tasted just the way I like it and was delicious! It made me want to try other types of ramen😋
Visited on Saturday at 2:30pm Due to time constraints and the rain, there weren't many customers, so it was a one-off operation, but it didn't take long before I was able to find ramen. Inside the restaurant, there are two tables for two, one table for four, and a counter with about six seats, and there is parking for about three cars. The clear salt ramen seems to be the most popular, but I chose the miso stew ramen. The slightly spicy soup is very mild and delicious, and the thin noodles are also good. I ate while sweating, so it might be a good idea to bring a towel. A shop that has one item and is good for drinking as well. It's close to my house, so I definitely want to go there again.
