Overwhelmingly rich umami salt x egg noodles = Kawachi salt ramen! Ordered the salt pork noodles. There is a person who seems to be a regular customer among the previous customers, and the inside of the store has a peaceful atmosphere. It was very early to offer. First of all, soup, kelp, seafood, chicken bones, pork bones, and various flavors are extracted. Inevitably, the salty taste becomes thicker, and it seems that the taste is different, but I thought it was very delicious. Also, the ground sesame is trying to give a good taste, but I wonder if it tastes a little like a certain bag noodle. (laughs) It's delicious. As for the noodles, I read the manager's commitment to the counter until serving, and I thought, "Is egg noodles for salt ramen?" In addition, the char siu is spread all over the place, and each slice is thick, so it's satisfying to eat! I couldn't even afford to get a second serving. The store manager is a very low-profile person. Contrary to the cute store appearance like a coffee shop, the inside of the store emphasized "Kawachi's old man" and I enjoyed the imbalance. Also, they are so confident in their taste that they installed their own ramen vending machine outside the store. Of course, if it wasn't so far from my house, I would have bought it and brought it home, so overall I was very satisfied!

Visited on a Friday night. I tried to visit on weekends at noon several times, but it was always closed, and I couldn't go even if I wanted to go for a long time. I ordered char siu noodles and dumplings with Kawachi salt. Even with salt ramen, the taste is solid and it tastes pretty good. In addition, the gyoza has a strong garlic effect and has a punch, which is also delicious. I will go again.

The first thing that came to my mind was Sapporo's most deluxe version🍜🍥 (When I looked at other people's comments later, I saw that someone had also written it.) Personally, I really like that it has half an egg in it by default. 💕(One whole egg is a lot, and it's hard to eat and doesn't look good in photos. I always think it's lacking in flavor without eggs.) It's also great that it has a lot of ingredients such as Chinese cabbage 😍💓 If there was one thing that could be improved, I think it would have been even more delicious if they had used an air conditioner to keep the temperature around 35 degrees Celsius at lunchtime. I think people are focusing on ventilation right now due to the coronavirus, but after eating this time, I was drenched in sweat 💦💦 For now, I'll go eat once it gets cooler again 😉
