Habikino, Osaka, Japan｜Makotoya Habikino Shakudo

Makotoya is a ramen shop along the outer ring of Habikino City. Free parking available. This was my first visit on New Year's Day. There are three types of ramen: beef, chicken, and matured backfat soy sauce. This time, I ordered a green onion beef ramen with a thick beef bone broth soup, and added golden half fried rice for +270 yen. You can choose the firmness of the noodles from four types: Barikata, Katamen, normal, and soft. The noodles were thin and the soup was creamy, easy to drink and delicious. Kaedama is also available. Takana, pickled ginger, and rakkyo are placed on each table for free. Especially the fried rice was delicious, so I recommend it! Hot and golden fried rice that everyone loves. After eating a bite, I regretted that I should have asked for a large serving instead of a half serving. Next time I come, I want to ask for a large fried rice. . . This was my third time here, including at another Makotoya restaurant, and the beef bone ramen is still creamy and delicious. I ordered a half fried rice set, and it was really delicious. It's really the best. I would definitely like to get the full fried rice next time. Thank you for the meal!

Makotoya is a chain store, but I feel that the Habikino store is better than others. Especially fried rice. The eggs were fluffy and the rice was fluffy. The ramen was of course delicious, and I think it would be difficult to open it after New Year's Day, but it was a relief.
