This is the best Shoyu Ramen I have ever eaten. Ramen broth base is fish that was awesome taste.

I've been curious about it for a long time. I was finally able to go. My wife is soy sauce. I use dark soy sauce. We shared it, but I personally liked the dark knots. I usually eat junk ramen with rich pork bones, but the ramen here had a very elegant taste. I wanted to go again.

Contrary to its appearance, the soup is quite light and easy to eat. The eggs are also flavorful and delicious. However, it seems like there is only one person working, so the wait time is a bit long. When I arrived, the counter was not cleared, so I had to wait outside for a while, and even after I was seated, I had to wait for a while. If it's a weekday afternoon, it might be difficult if you can't get a seat by 1pm. ? ?
