It's been a long time since I've been to the "Atari" tsukemen shop. The photo is "special tsukemen". The sticky and rich seafood tonkotsu soup was a very punchy one with plenty of seafood umami that feels a little sweet. The sense of taste differs from person to person, so each person feels it differently, but isn't the level quite high? The moment I ate it, I couldn't help but laugh because it exceeded my expectations. Every time I go back to Osaka, I visit a tsukemen shop, but I was blindsided by the fact that there was such a high-level shop near my parents' house. The host was very amiable, and it was impressive that he saw me off with a smile on the way home, and I had a very good time. There is no doubt that you will repeat it every time you return to your parents' house.

I wanted to eat Tsukemen, so I went to Maru Tsukemen. I ordered the special tsukemen and gyoza. The dipping sauce is quite rich and delicious. The tsukemen is served with lemon instead of vinegar, but it's perfect for the rich dipping sauce. The split soup uses saury fish and is also extremely delicious.

I have repeated many times since it opened. “Tsukejiru” brings out the complex flavors of seafood, pork bones, and vegetables. The rich ``dipping soup'' contains green onions, onions, and block-shaped pork belly char siu, and the thick, chewy noodles soak up the soup, making it very satisfying. You can choose from 4 levels of spiciness for the sweet and spicy tsukemen. (Even though I don't like spicy food, it was delicious if the spiciness was normal) If you choose "special ~", the whole set of toppings will be cheaper and it will be a good deal. The side menu includes "rice", "fried chicken", "grilled gyoza", "fried chicken bowl" and "charcoal bowl". You can add "wari soup" to the remaining "dipping soup" at the end and drink it up, but I like to add "rice" and eat it like porridge.
