I think vegetables are the most delicious part of Osaka's Jiro style ramen. The chashu is so soft that it falls apart when you hold it with chopsticks. The owner was tough and I was scared at first, but he was kind when I talked to him. The noodles are thick, straight, and chewy. The meat is large and soft, and the default is 2 pieces, and it is moderately seasoned and responsive to eating, and this is also the strongest delicious. Ramen and no soup, both were delicious, but personally, the deliciousness without soup is really the best. The thick sauce is also delicious, and while it goes well with the thick noodles, the filling meat and vegetables that are not too heavy are a perfect match, and you won't be able to stop chopsticks. If you can make it a horse mackerel and pass through the noodles and write it in your mouth... If you are visiting Jiro for the first time, it may be a little difficult to understand because there is no particular mention of toppings, but if you ask the general, he will kindly tell you. Also, the store is small, so it gets hot even in winter. Ramen that is stuffed in the heat is the best! Highly recommended! !

The default weight is 300g, so if you're used to eating ramen, you won't have a problem, but it might be tough for women. There's no parking lot and there are only 3 seats, so it's a bit expensive, but you can eat delicious Jiro-style food.
