This is a new type of store from Nara's noodle shop Ichibiri. There is a parking lot, but it is a popular restaurant that is sometimes crowded during lunchtime and you may not be able to park. The crunchy dried sardines that come out while you wait for your ramen is also a nice service. It's not a gritty ramen with too much sardine, but the balance of sardines, chicken broth, and seasoning is wonderful. All I can say is that it's amazing. The aedama is served to the level that you can eat it as is, so you can dip it in the soup or just eat it as is, and you will be very happy when you order it.
