For lunch on this day, we went to Morinomiya's Mitani Seimenjo. It was a support lunch for a shop that is open without losing to the corona misfortune. I had "Hiyashi" at the shop "Mitani Seimensho" which is a little southeast of Morinomiya station. The noodles are "flat noodles" and I asked for a large serving of noodles. There were two types of dipping sauce, soy sauce and salt, so I chose soy sauce. "Mitani Seimensho" is a tsukemen and ramen shop directly managed by the noodle factory. It seems that you can eat in at the noodle factory. Originally it was in Tsuruhashi, but it seems that it was relocated and renewed last year. Actually, I had never been to Mitani Seimenjo even when it was in Tsuruhashi. Now, The "hiyashi" that I received today, This was "chilled tsukemen". It was "Tsukemen" where you can have cold noodles with cold dipping sauce. The "flat noodles" I got were about 1.2 to 1.5 cm wide, which is wider than the "kishimen". Ajitama, chicken thigh char siu, and bamboo shoots were on top of the noodles. The dipping sauce is a soy sauce sauce with a sour taste. Do you use animal-based soup? It had pepper and green onions in it. These flat noodles tasted really good. As expected from the noodle factory, the noodles were boiled to perfection, and the noodles themselves were very particular. The compatibility with the dipping sauce was also very good. You can choose from six types of noodles: thick noodles, medium-thick noodles, medium-thick noodles α, thin noodles, eggless noodles, and flat noodles. In addition, you can also order kaedama, so you can order a different type of noodle from the first one. And there was not only tsukemen but also ramen on the menu. It looks like it's really going well here. "Hiyashi" was really good~~~
They line up on Saturdays and Sundays. The tsukemen is famous, so I ordered it. The store manager recommends the medium-thick noodles, which are slippery and go down the throat very well. The soup is not thick, but the pepper is very effective and has a strong impact. was very delicious. You can also get a replacement ball for 100 yen. Payment is cash only. Postpaid. The seat space was a little tight. Water, wari soup, etc. are self-service.
