More Comments at Google MapI was finally able to go to the store I had been curious about. Among the gentle soups, we received ``Gen'' and ``Scorched Kohaku.'' Both were crunchy and easy to eat, but personally I liked the ``scorched amber'' one because it was even crunchier. When it's so light and refreshing, you'll probably want to eat it often. I will go again. Next, I'm interested in "Hiyashi Kohaku" and "Miso Ramen".
Gentle and polite work ramen "Amber" Yuzu has a soothing scent, and the balance between noodles and soup is also ◎ When I twisted the black pepper, it was good that the taste was tightened again. A ramen shop owned by the younger brother of composer Kou Matsushita. So, I was in the way. (Information sourced from the Uta no Horizont program) Beer is Akaboshi 🍺 Thank you for the meal~!
I don't like thick and heavy ramen, so this ramen is refreshing with a soy sauce base. It was so delicious! The noodles are thin, but maybe a little thicker would be better? I had the Gen Ramen. Next time, I will have Kohaku Ramen.
