This is what happiness is like It's a shop where my older brother, or rather the general manager, is working alone. The menu basically consists of one tonkotsu ramen. There is chashu ramen, but the only flavor is tonkotsu ramen. There's no fried rice or chashu rice bowl, just white rice or mustard greens. There are no gyoza either. It's still a store I want to go to. It's not that crowded, you can sit comfortably. The food is delicious, the prices are low, and the restaurant is run by one person, so you'll want to support it. My older sister seems naive, but I'm not scared. I've heard that President Raku⚪︎ San⚪︎Tani came, and ⚪︎Heavenly⚪︎Tree⚪︎. Is that really the case? Anyway, it's a small shop run by one person, with one menu. It's delicious, and the service is semi-self-service. Please go and try it, I recommend it. Thank you very much for the meal. Oh, the pig's kamaboko is so cute! 😊 First, take a bite of the soup. . The appearance of the restaurant, the slightly cluttered interior, the silent owner who only gestures, and the dull color of the ramen served. I thought I had made a mistake, so I tried slurping up the ramen. It had a rich tonkotsu flavor, but it wasn't at all boring. Well, if you simmer it for a day and a half, the color may get worse, but above all, it's delicious ❗ It goes great with pickled ginger. The inside of the store looked tidy, but when I looked closely, I noticed that the floor wasn't greasy at all, and although each person was separated by an acrylic board at the counter, there was nothing shared with the person next to them, and everything was set up neatly. It's a little compared to today's fashionable ramen shops, but I think it's well done for a private shop. The owner was also quiet, but he was the complete opposite of being overbearing and was very polite. I'm glad I was able to eat delicious ramen at a cheap price and felt happy, just like the name of the restaurant. I can't recommend this store to everyone, but it's a good store and I wish more people would stop by.
