While traveling from Higashi-Osaka, I visited Ramen Maruju, a super long-established restaurant that I had always wanted to visit (о´∀`о) Although it is in Osaka city, there is a parking lot, which is quite a blessing in itself ♡ Since it's Monday, I thought I'd try to get some momentum going this week, so I ordered "Stamina Charshu Ramen" (*´꒳`*) The owner is quick and efficient, and Irachi is happy to have the rice bowl ready in about 5 minutes ♫ This restaurant discards the previous day's soup and only uses fresh pork bone soup cooked on the same day, but "Stamina" is made by combining that soup with miso♪ (´ε｀) The pork bones had a rich taste but no odor, and the chili peppers and garlic on the table went together so well that they were like brothers who were separated, and it was extremely delicious ♡ You can feel the weight of the meat in Giccho's left hand, and the extra-thick chashu is unrolled, making it a luxurious dish where you can enjoy the plump texture of the fatty meat and the firm texture of the lean meat (*´ω`*) The noodles had a supple texture and went down smoothly, and the medium-thin straight noodles had a slightly higher water content, and the boiled egg, which had been cut like the bangs of old Checkers, was also a nice touch, making for a very satisfying lunch. ♫ By the time I finished eating, I was so insensitive that I realized that since Maruju = Satsuma Domain, it was pork bone (´∀｀*) Wow.
