2021 5/7 Visited at 12:20 on weekdays. There are about 10 parking spaces in front of the store. About 80% of the seats were filled. I ordered the original Nagahama ramen bakudan set (¥880). On weekdays, a large portion of ramen is free, so make a large portion. Bakudan becomes a big onigiri. While waiting for the arrival of rice bowls, I procured some kinds of pickles at the free pickles corner. 10 minutes later, a bowl of simple Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen arrived. The soup is creamy and you can fully enjoy the taste of pork bones. Much tastier than I imagined. Noodles are thin noodles with a low water content. A classic taste that you won't want to miss. Toppings are char siu, quail eggs, green onions, and wood ear mushrooms. These are normal impressions. While eating, I ate pickles and starbursts in a well-balanced manner. I was so full that my stomach would burst. I think that the base ramen tastes good and the cost performance is good. I would like to try another menu next time. Dewa Dewa!
