Previously, it was called "Shishino Wasshoi Kai," but it seems that the "kai" character has disappeared. In addition to the name, the soup here used to be ``tonkotsu'', but it seems that the soup has been changed to ``chicken bones'', which is the same as other group restaurants. Now, ``Danjirimori Danjirimori'' is a ``Men's Guts Black Soy Sauce'' made with ``1 day's worth of vegetables, 500g.'' I'm not sure how many grams of vegetables there are by default. Other than the amount of vegetables, it was the same as the regular "Otoko no Netsu Kuro Soy Sauce". The noodles are chewy and extra thick. The soup is a combination of chicken-based soup and black soy sauce sauce made from Tottori Inasa's re-seasoned soy sauce. On top of the noodles were fried cabbage, bean sprouts, two slices of pork belly, and half a boiled egg. Jiro-style ramen usually has plenty of bean sprouts and only a small amount of cabbage. I love that wasshoi has a lot of cabbage. Even in the danjiri platter, there was a lot of cabbage! The danjiri mori was really filling.
