It's probably not a well-known restaurant, but I've been curious about it for a while, so I stopped by to have some ramen to finish off my drink.😊 What I ordered was ・Ehime Clear (800 yen) ・Jacoten (500 yen) ・Highball (380 yen) Here it is✨ The soup is like a soup made with bonito, sea bream, and kelp from Ehime Prefecture. The impression is that it is a rich Japanese-style soup that is slightly different from the salt ramen soup. The ingredients include seaweed, fried vegetables, wontons, naru, and green vegetables. The noodles are made with barley from Ehime Prefecture called Hadaka Mugi, and are said to be original to this restaurant. It had just the right texture and was very easy to eat ✨ Jakoten also seems to be from Ehime, and is a highly fragrant dish that makes a great accompaniment to a highball😆 The taste was very gentle and the ramen was perfect after drinking it. Personally, I think it's much more delicious than the nearby Niryohan and Maruoka Shoten❗️ Although the location is a little difficult to find, This is a dish that you should try at least once.
