Kotan is soy sauce ramen! It's gyoza ramen. I've been going to Nihonbashi's underground shopping center since it was called Rainbow Town. It's been over 40 years already. The store in Niji no Machi was small, but it has grown. When I became a high school student, I went to Avechika, and also went to the store in Namba City, Granvia in Umeda, Kappa Yokocho, and Ibaraki. The taste is almost the same. I guess it's about the difference in draining the hot water. In the past, it was just rice balls. Nowadays, I have a lot of things, but for me, the one is the size of soy sauce gyoza ramen! 40 years! When I was in high school, I sometimes had an affair with Kumagoro from Apollo Building in the Abeno neighborhood. It was delicious back then, but the taste has changed over time. I feel like I've come back a little lately. As expected, Kotan.

The tandan noodles were delicious and spicy, and I drank the soup to the end!
