There aren't many places where you can adjust the amount of garlic in Taiwanese mazesoba, so I thought this was very good. Break the egg yolk and mix. The aroma of garlic and fish meal whets the appetite. The noodles are also homemade noodles from the Kirameki Group, and they aim for a slightly better balance. There are various things on the table, so the taste changes from the middle. Black pepper and curry powder give it a more exciting taste. At the end, we had a side meal, which was delicious.
