Best ramen ever !!! Can't wait to come-back

This is my favorite ramen shop. The noodles that are entwined with the rich soup of Yokohama Iekei ramen are impressive. You can be happy if you go on a day when you have a bad day or when you want to make it a little special. The shop is a little talkative, and at first I thought it was a little scary or a strict atmosphere, but I was talking to the regulars, so I'm not a scary person! Of course, you can serve ramen and rice without making a bad face. You can choose the firmness of the noodles, the thickness of the soup, and the amount of oil. A lot of oil comes to my stomach a lot, so I usually do it. The recommendation is solid and dark and normal. Sprinkle sesame seeds on free rice, put pickles on top, and wrap seaweed to make the best rice. There are always many customers, but it was empty at the opening time in the afternoon and around 9 pm. I think this time is good when you go with more than one person. It's really delicious ramen, so come on...! !

It was my first time to go to a "teacher". It takes about 10 minutes from Kintetsu Nagase Station, and there is Kindai nearby. There are quite a few ramen shops from the front of the school gate to the station, but this ramen shop is popular for its Iekei ramen. There is also a family-style tsukemen, so I immediately bought it at the ticket vending machine. I bought beer for gyoza on the side menu, and also bought char siu and spinach for toppings. The tsukemen soup is sweet with the scent of sesame, but the slightly spicy sauce is delicious. Also, I felt the goodness of customer service in the fact that the cup that was poured into the beer was chilled and provided. While there are many ramen shops near Kindai, Iekei ramen of "Kyodoya" is recommended.
