I received "Shio". The soup stock is strong and it's not salty. The soup had such a comforting taste that I couldn't help but drink it up. The noodles are chewy and go well with the soup. The slightly grilled chashu was fragrant and delicious. I also like that it comes with a small salad, kimchi, and namul. The restaurant's stylish dishes, carefully arranged dishes, and calm atmosphere made it easy for women to enter.

I kept saying how wonderful it was from beginning to end. The friendly female staff welcomes you with a smile, and even before you take your seat, you're filled with a feeling of ``I'm so glad I came.'' The exterior and interior are so stylish and elaborately designed that you won't believe they're serving soba noodles. That's not surprising, as the restaurant is originally an Italian restaurant and is currently being used as is. Although the menu is simple, the soy sauce soba and kimbap I ordered this time were both carefully and delicately made and both were very delicious. This is a warm and welcoming store. Next time I would like to add water gyoza to the shiosoba.

I really liked the atmosphere and the taste. If you make ramen with Japanese soba technology, it will be a gentle ramen! Like soy sauce ramen. Nori-wrapped rice kimbap and boiled dumplings are very delicious.
