Higashiosaka, Osaka, Japan｜Ramen Daio Higashiosaka-hishie

I've been to the Yokokoji store several times, but this is my first time to the Hishie store. Although the building is old, the inside of the store is spacious and well kept. Ramen Daioh's fried rice is more delicious than ramen (lol), so I ordered Gomoku fried rice, which I hadn't seen at the Yokokoji store. In the photo of the menu, only the shrimp is noticeable, but there is a huge amount of chashu! I think there are more toppings than rice! The shrimp are plump! The chashu is delicious! The soup is a tonkotsu ramen soup that will make you feel like you are eating ramen. Highly recommended for people who like strong flavors. I want to go again soon!
