More Comments at Google MapA tantanmen main shop that you don't often see! White sesame tantan noodles are rich and delicious. . . I often come here with my juniors from university, and the cheese risotto made with the leftover juice from Tandan noodles is absolutely delicious! Juniors call me risotto shop😂 I'll come back later! ! Thank you for the meal!
I went in on a Sunday night. There was another store I wanted to go to, but it was crowded, so I went in as I was passing by, and it turned out to be a hit! happy. This is a restaurant that mainly serves tantan noodles, and they come in white, black, and red.Since this was my first visit, I ordered the most popular ones: white tandan noodles, half-fried rice, and gyoza. Half fried rice came first. brown? Orange? I thought it would be a bit thick, but it was so easy! A simple fried rice with eggs, green onions, and chashu pork that is easy to eat and delicious. I like it. The Fukujinzuke that comes with it is also fun. Next is white tandan noodles! A paper apron is required. Please definitely wear it. The noodles are at the bottom, so they bounce around a lot when you pull them out. The soup is quite grainy and has a great flavor from the sesame seeds and peanuts (maybe)! The soup is rich but easy to drink. I'm happy that the toppings and minced meat are covered well! (Sometimes there are some restaurants that are just a little off) I like the noodles to be thin. When the fried dumplings were delivered, the color of the grilled side was a little white. I thought so, but the skin is thin and not crunchy, but the soft type! The seeds are tightly packed and very hot! wAnd it's not sticky or smelly at all! Maybe I don't have enough chives or garlic. I thought the ginger was too strong. I can go to Perot. There are plenty of table seasonings, and I added some Japanese pepper to the tandan noodles to change the taste, but I personally didn't need to add them because the original was already complete. The gyoza sauce and chili oil were also delicious. Honestly, everything I ordered was delicious. I liked the taste. Although it's a ramen shop, it has all-you-can-drink options and a wide variety of side menus, so it can be used like an izakaya. There's a counter and six tables, so it's quite spacious for a ramen shop. It seems to be able to accommodate a variety of people. The staff, both the hall staff and the owner, were nice. Even though it's a ramen shop, I was surprised at how polite and polite they were to see me off outside the store!
2nd anniversary event I went there because the Dandan noodles were half price. Since I don't like spicy food, I asked the staff. I ordered white tandan noodles. Just the right amount of spiciness ✨ The free kimchi was both sweet and spicy, and both were delicious! By the way, the food is also free! The store staff also responded politely and made me feel good. A female staff member was working cheerfully in the kitchen.
