I am grateful that there is no such difficult call. The soup is thick and rich, but surprisingly refreshing. The noodles are thick and chewy. There are plenty of vegetables and it is enough to eat. The soup was written as pork bone, but it tasted like dried sardines and was delicious. I added garlic, but it wasn't enough for me personally, so maybe I'll order more.
