I ordered the special dried sardines ramen (¥1,050). You can choose between thin noodles or medium-thick noodles, and this time I chose medium-thick noodles. Five minutes later, the dish arrived with a gorgeous presentation and a bowl of rich-looking soup. The soup is a so-called seafood pork bone soup with a pork bone base and a punch of dried sardines. It's well-balanced and delicious, just one step away from being too rich or dull. The noodles are medium thick. It has a good aroma, and the flavor is strong enough to stand up to the strong soup. Toppings include chashu pork, egg, menma, seaweed, green onion, and mizuna. All of them go well with soup. There are a lot of each, and the volume is also ◯. It has a lot of ingredients, so you might want to pair it with rice. It was a very satisfying drink, including the price. I would like to try a different menu next time. Dewadewa!
