It's been a while since they first opened, and I noticed that the menu has expanded. I ordered Sibi Spicy Dandan Mazesoba. It comes with rice at the end. It was delicious with just the right amount of spiciness! It had a slightly sour taste, probably because of the fishmeal. The staff are also nice and refreshing. I want to go again.
🔰 It was Senbayashi shopping district. A shop located in a small alleyway near Keihan Senbayashi Station. I entered the store because I was attracted by the name of Chuka soba instead of ramen. My husband ordered the miso ramen and I ordered the chicken paitan tsukemen. Eat a bite and it's delicious 🥰 The miso ramen noodles are thin and slightly hard, and the tsukemen noodles are thick and chewy. The char siu topping is light and soft, and the bamboo shoots are seasoned sweet and salty. There was plenty of mizuna and shredded green onions. If you look it up later, people in the know will know! It seems that it was a shop that felt like that. I was very lucky to find it by chance. The two shopkeepers were also nice people. I was also interested in Dandan noodles, so I will go to eat again, thank you for the meal ☺
