And I'm convinced that all the other customers are well behaved and eating elegantly. It is a space where you can relax and eat. Noodles and dipping soup are the best There are many shops where char siu is quite disappointing, but I love char siu here! I can fight with only char siu I have only tried seafood and pork bone tsukemen and miso tsukemen, so next time I want to try tantan tsukemen. There is always a line, so I try to line up 20 minutes before opening and be the first to enter.

You can enjoy high quality tsukemen! The dipping sauce is rich and sticky to the noodles. The noodles are chewy and thick. A little disappointing is that the dipping soup cools down quickly. But in total, really high quality tsukemen! It was very delicious, it was a treat ☺️

What impressed me was the overall balance. The noodles and dipping sauce are naturally delicious, and the care with which each ingredient is prepared is also amazing. The staff's service is also pleasant, and I'm happy that the ``meshi'' comes as a default. The moment you pour dipping sauce over it and bring it to your mouth with a spoon, you'll be at max happiness.
