Came by recommendation of our host. The shop has no english name means that this is so local. 1 Japanese chef cooks with passion. Garlic ramen is superb with fresh garlic and sesame. Noodle, pork, and soup are excellent. Like the vibe of local also.

The ramen with bamboo shoots was authentic and tasted good. Lady serving the food was polite and humble.

A ramen shop with parking along the central ring road. There are plenty of a la carte dishes and set menus, and the menu is suitable for single customers, family gatherings, and groups. My personal recommendation is salt ramen (with toppings + garlic + butter) and miso ramen (with toppings + garlic). The garlic is from Aomori Prefecture, and the butter is from Hokkaido. Ignore the reviews by amateurs who have never cooked, and try the recommendations first. Thanks to the owner and this review.
