More Comments at Google MapI ordered the golden salt flavored egg, fried chicken, and gyoza. Golden Salt is light but rich and you can drink the entire soup. (Actually, I left some left over because I helped my companion eat it.) Part A's chicken and pork bones were rich but not unpleasantly flavorful, and Part B's Chinese noodles tasted like ``old-fashioned Chinese noodles,'' which was a little different from ramen. The fried chicken is dry and not juicy, but it's piping hot and steamy, so it might be perfect if you dip it in the ramen soup. The gyoza also had chewy skin and crunchy fillings, which I think went well with the vinegar and soy sauce, which had a not too strong taste. I think I'll try pork soba next time.
Minamiibaraki store of Nakamura Shoten, whose main store is in Takatsuki. The golden salt has a clear soup and thin noodles that you can slurp up comfortably. The char siew comes in regular size and has a nice crisp texture. Garlic, green onion, and three types of pickles are all you can take, perfect for changing the taste or resting your chopsticks. There are several types of ramen, and although it's not Jiro-inspired, the ramen made with pork is available only at the store. You can adjust the amount of noodles and various toppings. For a limited time, they also sell ramen, fried rice, chashu bowls, and T-shirts. There are counter seats and table seats, so it's a good place to go alone or with family or friends.
I had the gold salt ramen with egg. It's light and the seafood stock is so effective that you can't help but slurp the soup to the very end. You can choose between thick and thin noodles.
