A ramen shop near Keihan Kadoma Station. I ordered Yutahanamen (Chintan) for 830 yen. The host is a Japanese food craftsman. The soy sauce soup has a strong but refreshing seafood flavor, and the toppings of tender chicken chashu and cartilage soki are excellent. It was a restaurant where you could feel the commitment to taste.

There is a device that heats the dipping sauce for the tsukemen, so you can enjoy hot tsukemen. There are two types of noodles, so if you want a large portion, you can ask for a combination, but I wonder if they still do that? The noodles are delicious, but the fried chicken here is also the best. Please try it, it would be a waste if you don't 🍊
