Anyway, the tsukemen is too delicious. I don't get heartburn, but I'm addicted to the thick soup! The owner has a tough face, but when he started talking, he was a funny person and I couldn't stop laughing lol It seems that my knees are getting worse, so I'm worried, but it was a taste that I would like to continue. I thought it was the most delicious tsukemen I've ever eaten!

This is a rare beef soup ramen shop located in Shinomiya, Kadoma City, Osaka Prefecture, which does not use beef bones. I've known about it for years, but as far as I can see on Google, the overall rating is low, so I passed it on without really looking into it. This time, when I took the time to read the reviews carefully, I noticed that there were no comments that underestimated the ramen itself. Is the reason for the lower rating being the unresponsiveness of the shop owner? There is no such thing as being bright, polite, and cheerful! (lol) However, I get the impression that they are enthusiastic and efficient at their work. Maybe it's because of the craftsman's temperament (^-^) Today, I was going to vote in the election with my adult daughter, and I wanted to eat some food, so I stopped by because it's in the neighborhood. This time, I had beef soy sauce ramen for ¥800, beef topping for ¥300, and mini beef chashu bowl for ¥300. My daughter had beef salt ramen for ¥800. The meat is seasoned like gyudon meat, a beautiful rare pork shoulder loin, and a clear soy sauce soup with two kinds of green onions, green and white, and medium-thin whole grain noodles. A non-chemical soup that combines special soy sauce from Nagano Prefecture, beef stock instead of beef bones, dried sardines, bonito flakes, true kelp, and shiitake mushroom stock. The noodles are not the fluffy pho-like noodles that are common at dashi-based ramen restaurants these days, but are a bit firmer and more like noodles. The mini beef chashu bowl is also delicious♪ Beef bowl without onions? I would definitely like to try it in a size other than the mini size. The ramen soup was so delicious that it would still be delicious even if you added white rice afterwards (^-^) As expected, the ramen and rice bowl were delicious, considering there aren't many negative reviews about the product itself. The owner had a small voice and seemed to have slightly weak hearing, which is hard to imagine from his appearance, so I couldn't hear him at all when I entered the store, but he did say "welcome" (lol). Maybe I'm not good at talking, but every word I say sounds a little harsh, but once you get used to it, it's fine. This one was delicious and made me smile. When I said thank you for the meal, he smiled and clearly said thank you (^-^) Don't get irritated when you see it for the first time and leave, just open up your mind and you'll be able to enjoy delicious ramen♪ #Kadoma City, Osaka Prefecture #Kadoma City Ramen #beef salt ramen #Beef soy sauce ramen #delicious ramen #delicious char siu #Rustic shopkeeper # Strong commitment #arashikaze #No parking lot

Delicious❗ Beef salt ramen is excellent. When I revisited for the first time in a long time, the sliced beef on the ramen had turned into a chunk of lean meat. (When I revisited in June 2018, I returned to sliced beef) I guess they are still working hard to improve their ramen. And the beef soy sauce ramen that my companion requested was also excellent. The owner is taciturn and unsociable, but it doesn't matter because the taste is delicious✨
