As I was eating and enjoying the flavor of the rich lobster soup, the owner told me, ``If you use the chili pepper provided, the flavor of the lobster will become clearer and it will be even more delicious.'' He gave it to me. When I tried it...mysteriously, the lobster soup I had been eating had changed, and it turned into a ramen that I wouldn't get bored of until the end. I had some business to do on the second day, so I visited the same store. At this time, I ordered [Omaru Shrimp RAMEN Red Star]. The visuals and content are a little different from yesterday as they used miso for the soup stock, which is also delicious. I thought of shiso leaves as a condiment, but when I added them to the soup, it turned out to be a completely different kind of deliciousness... You could call it a fusion of RAMEN and Italian, and it was delicious until the end on both days. There are many different ways to finish the meal, so I'm thinking of trying it out.

It changed to lobster ramen. It was a ramen with a stylish taste like soup pasta, and it was excellent with grilled cheese risomeshi.
