I love making ramen 😊 I had the "Pork Ramen (5 pieces of pork)". This is my first "Jiro-kei" trip in my life😊I was driving, but there are several paid parking spots within a 200m radius. Garlic, Yasai (boiled bean sprouts), Abura (backfat marinated in soy sauce), and Karami (soy sauce) can be added for free if you call them ``Mashi''. By the way, it seems that you can also make ``mashimashi''... if you use this, if you leave it on, you will be sentenced to death 😅💦 I wanted to eat yasai, so I made the noodles smaller to make it less yasai and greasy. Is the base pork bone? I didn't really understand the flavor and saltiness of the soy sauce, but it was really junky and delicious 😋 The noodles are very thick and curly, and they're light brown, so I wonder if they contain whole grains 🤔? I always order soft noodles, but here they seem to boil 5 or 6 servings at the same time...I was hesitant, so the noodles were firmer than I liked, but I thought that if they were soft, I would really like them. Also, the char siew may look dry, but when you bite into it, it's moist and soft, and it's so delicious that it was a good choice to have 5 pieces. The bean sprouts go perfectly with this junky, salty soup...it might have been better to use the bean sprouts. It's my first Jiro-style dish...I'm sure I learned a lot from the fan's opinion that sometimes I just want to eat it obsessively 😋By the way...they probably use a tremendous amount of pork fat...The floor is slippery so be careful not to get hurt 😊Thank you for the meal It was 🙏
