・Salt Tsukemen + Charshu ・Dotedon The salt-free soup is a combination of soup stock made from chicken and pork bones and seafood stock, and is very flavorful and delicious. There are also blocks of chashu in the soup. The flat noodles had a chewy texture and had a good wheat flavor. The dotedon also has plenty of volume with the sweet and spicy sauce. Kimchi and garlic are free for self-service! The staff was very friendly and I had a good meal. Thanks for the meal.

Straight thin noodles, chewy. The accents of charred onion and yuzu depend on your preference. The fried rice is baramochi type. Gyoza is strong in garlic.

The fried rice at the Takatsuki store is exquisite♪ I choose a set of natural salt ramen and fried rice! I'm not interested in anything else. Also, I was impressed by the smoking area outside. It has a roof, benches, and a vending machine. I felt compassion for my customers. wonderful! ️ other stores should follow suit!
