The noodles were well balanced without being overpowering. I liked the gyoza, and the quality of the rice was very good. Isn't it so painful? Even though I thought so, I started sweating profusely in the second half and it was a great stress reliever. I think it's okay to burn it down the first time if you can do it reasonably well. With this base, I can expect a new (?) bean sprout ramen, so next time my wife and I will try octopus and bean sprout ramen.

You order after you sit down at a shop with only counter seats. A movable panel is installed so that it can be removed when two or more people go. We recommend Tsukemen and Takotsubo Ramen, which is originally spicy, but you can choose the spiciness. The name is burned → boiled → half-burned → completely burned, and you can also choose the spiciness of the name "Great flames" (there is a pledge before eating). You can choose from 3 times to 10 times (3 levels) the spiciness of the whole roast. Character kamaboko (Anpanman, Hello Kitty, etc.) is included, but it is spicy despite its cuteness, so the gap is interesting. Takotsubo ramen has a structure that keeps the bowl from getting cold, so when I finished eating it, my body warmed up considerably. You can choose the amount of tsukemen, and the soup has a lot of ingredients and volume. Cherry comes in the middle of the noodles. Both the character kamaboko and cherry ooze out the master's fun.

I eat it for fun once a month! Takotsubo ramen is spicy and delicious! !
