If you mix it up, it's Akan Mazesoba. Although it had a rich taste, it wasn't as tough as it looked, so it was delicious. It may not be possible because there is no soup, but it seems like it gets cold easily, so I think it would be better if the plate was a little hotter. That's what I thought as an amateur. The seasoning of the toppings is very delicious.

About 5 minutes walk south from Hyōtanyama Station. Even though it's mazesoba, you can't mix it because the noodles are already mixed with the sauce. The thick whole wheat noodles and rich sauce are just like carbonara. Topped with fried chicken thighs and sautéed pork, it's very filling. The steamed dumplings on the side and rice balls dipped in dipping sauce or soup will make your meal more satisfying.
