More Comments at Google MapI ate the Hokkaido miso butter. If I didn't melt the butter, it would be rich, but if I melted the butter, it would be mellow, so I enjoyed it twice. It's not like I'm stuck or anything. My companion ordered the Kyushu barley miso, which was lighter and more delicious than the Hokkaido miso. The miso fried rice didn't have that much miso, but it combined with the egg and had just the right amount of seasoning. All the staff members were friendly and made me feel comfortable.
When it comes to ramen, I'm the least interested in miso, but since it said it was a miso ramen specialty restaurant, I entered the restaurant with some skepticism. I ordered the Hokkaido miso even though I thought it was a little expensive when I looked at the menu. The moment I took a bite of the soup, my concept of miso ramen changed! ! I felt that there was such a delicious miso ramen. As a specialty store, you can tell from the soup that they specialize in miso and are particular about it! This is by far the best miso ramen for me! I tried anti-miso ramen, but now I'm a repeat customer who goes there more than once a week lol The store staff are also very friendly! Especially young ladies serving customers ◎
There are 3 types of miso, Kyushu's barley miso is sweeter, Hokkaido's is stronger, and Shinshu's is normal. I ate Hokkaido. It was delicious with char siu guinea.
