More Comments at Google MapTasty soup and noodle. Pretty cheap price with unlimited kaedama (noodle refill). What else could I ask for?
I always go once every two weeks I guess it falls under the Jiro type, but it's not that spicy. I also like that you can freely add mustard greens, pickled ginger, sesame, etc. The biggest feature is 10 types of noodles + free extra noodles (if you leave any noodles, you will be fined) If you like noodles, the cost performance is quite good. 1320 yen even if it's all full size I love that I can change the noodles depending on my mood that day. However, the boiling time varies depending on the noodles, so timing is difficult. . . The problem is that there is not enough parking space It's far from the station so I'll have to take a car no matter what. Tadokoro Shoten opened nearby, but I haven't been there yet, so whenever I go in that direction, I end up going to Kamibuta. Some people may be writing about the attitude of the store staff. It's busy because there are always orders and replacements. If you become a regular, is it okay to have a friendly employee as a substitute? They will ask me things like The aim is after 3pm on Saturdays and Sundays (we take a break around 2pm on weekdays) The best way to relieve stress is to binge eat noodles when you're hungry. It's truly a god Append It was temporarily closed, but will reopen soon. Thank you for enduring the coronavirus pandemic and continuing to operate your business. As a fan, I am very happy. Well, after the renewal, the free replacement balls are still the same. A welcome change to the specifications is the introduction of a tablet for ordering, and the ability to order several extra items at once. As a result, it is easy for store staff to make mistakes when distributing substitute eggs. However, there are also improvements I think there are some things that can't be helped by the soaring prices of raw materials. . . First, the bowl became smaller. As a result, the amount of bean sprouts and green onions has decreased. With that large serving, you pour everything into it, which doubles the flavor. . . So, I guess the taste has changed in terms of umami as well. There is a part of me that thinks so. Even though I used to be a big eater, I was full with 3 extra eggs on top of everything like you see in the photo, and 4 when I was feeling well. However, currently, the soup runs out after only 3 or 4 substitutes. Noodles absorb more soup than I expected. In order for me to be satisfied, I ended up having to pay 2 bowls of ramen and 6 extra balls, which was a poor cost performance, but the soup was still not enough. (I actually did it) As a fan, I'd like to have the rice bowl back or pay for it, so I'd like to see a menu with extra soup. I've been here 3 or 4 times, but I still can't help but compare it to before. I'm thinking of keeping my distance for a while and keeping an eye on things. Of course, I think it's good for people who aren't big eaters like me. I would appreciate it if you could give it some consideration.
Good cost performance with unlimited free replacement balls! The soup is also delicious! There are many kinds of noodles and they are delicious! Toko Shio Tonkotsu Ramen with lots of green onions, lots of bean sprouts, little garlic, and a thick sauce. A total of 3 balls, including 2 replacement balls. I'll come back later! Images uploaded after reopening in March 2023! Ordering was done on a tablet!
