The homemade noodles and gyoza were excellent. Among the ramen I've eaten so far, it's in the top 3. I was able to finish the soup without using any seasonings on the table. A ramen shop that is not in Tokyo, you should definitely try it. The char siu is crumbly, the noodles are stiff, and the soup is transparent and the best. It's a popular restaurant, so you may have to wait in line for a while, but it's well worth the wait.
