More Comments at Google Map🍜 [Tsukemenya Chiccho Korien] 🍥 "Tsukemen (salt)" 1000 yen "Char siu" 200 yen The dipping sauce is thick and seems to be made mainly from animal-based ingredients such as chicken bones and pork bones. The seafood flavor and soy sauce combine to create a very flavorful dipping sauce! It's a very delicious dipping soup with a terrifying texture and richness (゚Д゚) Uma 🍥 The noodles are curly noodles of medium thickness. It's a firm eating response, and it's a delicious noodle with chewy! I want to eat this in a large serving (*´艸`) 🍥 Char siu is thinly cut rib meat. It is seasoned with soy sauce, so you can eat it as it is, or you can dip it in the dipping sauce! I asked for a rice break, but I was very satisfied because I was able to eat the dipping soup without wasting it (*´艸`) 🍥 Next time I'd like to try salted tsukemen with Japanese pepper (*´꒳`*) 🍥
My son took me there to eat tsukemen for the first time. The chewy noodles and the piping hot soup had just the right amount of seafood, and the aftertaste was amazing. At the end, I sprinkled lemon on the noodles and tried it twice with a different flavor.
Speaking of tsukemen in Korien, this is the place! This ramen shop is famous among the locals. I went for the first time, but it was so delicious that I decided to repeat! The noodles are medium thick and chewy, and the soup is light and not too thick, which I like ☺️ The customer service of the clerk was also good.
