I ate it for the first time at Izumi no Hiroba 50 years ago. It has a nostalgic taste. Both the chashu and noodles were delicious. The soy sauce flavor was rich and I couldn't help but drink it. It’s a taste of Osaka that I want to last forever 😊

"Kotan" (Kotan), which was born in Osaka in 1968, has two stores in the food court: Aeon Mall Osaka Dome City and here Viva Mall Neyagawa. You can easily eat ramen from Kotan, which is said to be a long-established ramen shop in Kansai. The staff are lively and easy to order. You can see the hands cooking over the counter, so you will never get bored while ordering. The sound of the wok making fried rice invites you to order a set of fried rice. The set menu and toppings were easy to understand, so I didn't get lost even if I wasn't used to it.
